Every batch goes through our rigorous quality control before being approved for sale. No shortcuts. No exceptions.
Receiving Inspection
Visual check of incoming production batches for obvious defects, cracks, or contamination
Moisture Testing
Electronic moisture meter readings from multiple sample points to ensure <5% moisture content
Ash Content Lab Test
Muffle furnace burn test to determine ash percentage and color
Size Calibration Check
Digital caliper measurements to verify cube dimensions within 1mm tolerance
Hardness Drop Test
1.5m drop test on concrete to check for cracking or breakage resistance
5-Letter Grading
Evaluation across 5 positions (Ash, Color, Smell, Burn, Shape) with A-E rating per criterion
Final Approval
Batch tagging with QC certificate, 5-letter grade code, and storage location assignment
Batch Certificate Included
Every batch sold includes a QC certificate with lab test results, batch ID, production date, and grade classification.
